We've been at our site in Baring road since 1997.  We (Steve and Ellen)  couldn't find a nursery we really liked for our son so we opened our own!  We wanted our child to be looked after by loving carers in an environment rich in active learning opportunities, but most of all we wanted him to be happy, confident and have lots of fun.  Since then our grandchildren have been through the nursery and we are a family nursery in every sense of the word - some of our staff came to us from school and have grown up with us.

We are proud to be a one-site, family-owned nursery.  Steve and Ellen are very hands-on in the running of the nursery and this helps us to keep our costs down.  Our competitive pricing, however, in no way compromises the quality of the provision we offer.

All of our staff, if they are not in training, are qualified to at least Level 3 Early Years Care and Education and Ellen is an Early Years Teacher with a PGCE and is involved in staff training and CPD.
